Every watch is made to order. Once you place a build or select a model, we hand-assemble your watch within 3-5 business days, followed by tracked shipping.

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Movement malfunctions under normal use

Operating problems not caused by accidental damage or misuse


What’s Not Covered:

Wear-and-tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)

Water damage beyond the watch’s rated depth

Damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling

Unauthorized repairs or modifications


If your watch develops a covered issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Simply contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.

FAQs

Are your watches made with real Seiko parts?

Yes, we use genuine Seiko NH-series movements paired with high-quality aftermarket parts. Our mods are not built from or affiliated with Seiko watches directly.

What sets your watches apart from others on the market?

Many Seiko mods sold online are dropshipped directly from Chinese warehouses, with little to no inspection or build quality. Ours are individually built and tested in Romania, using sapphire crystals, NH movements, and premium 316L stainless steel. You're buying craftsmanship not mass production.

Can I customize my own watch?

Yes! Soon, you'll be able to use our Build Your Mod tool to customize the dial, bezel, bracelet, movement, and more. We’ll hand-assemble and ship it to your door. Until then, you can contact us via email and describe your dream watch, and we'll build it for you!

How long does it take to receive my watch? What’s included with my order?

Assembly takes 3–5 business days, followed by tracked shipping. Delivery times:

Global: 6–9 business days

Do you offer returns?

Returns are only accepted for mechanical movement defects. All watches are made to order and tested before shipment. All watches have 1 year warranty.

Are your watches shipped from China like other sellers?

No, and that’s one of our biggest differences. Our watches are not dropshipped or mass-produced. Each Seiko Mod is hand-assembled in our workshop in Romania, ensuring quality, authenticity, and full control over every component. You get a custom-built timepiece not a factory shipped item from overseas.
