Every Seikmod watch is custom-built once your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for full assembly, testing, and quality checks before we ship. Once completed, you’ll receive tracking via email.

Returns & Warranty: 

🛡️ 1-Year Warranty

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Movement malfunctions under normal use

Operating problems not caused by accidental damage or misuse

What’s Not Covered:

Wear-and-tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)

Water damage beyond the watch’s rated depth

Damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If your watch develops a covered issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Simply contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
